Being #mindful is to be aware mentally
and physically of the things that are occurring or present in your
surroundings. You just sense them with your mental and physical capacities.
What is a #mindful person?
A mindful person is always aware or
cautious about what is going on in his mind and what he is feeling about the
occurrences and the situations that happening or present in his environment.
